Dr. Masood Tayebi- CEO
Dr. Masood Tayebi has been involved in founding, financing, and managing numerous companies. He founded, built, and managed WFI, the leading global services firm to the wireless industry. WFI employed 2,700 and had operations in over 60 countries. In 2000, at the peak of the telecom boom, WFI had a market capitalization of over $7.0 billion.
Dr. Masood Tayebi is also a partner in BridgeWest, LLC, a San Diego based investment firm that is active in venture capital and real estate investments. BridgeWest, LLC has invested in twelve start-up companies, including LogicTree and QThink. Dr. Masood Tayebi is a direct investor with sizable holdings in nine venture firms, including Oak Investment Partners and Credit Suisse’s venture fund.
Dr. Masood Tayebi received his Ph.D. in mobile radio propagation from the University of Liverpool, his M.S. in electronics engineering from the University of Southampton.

Dr. Massih Tayebi was also co-founder and Chairman of Wireless Facilities, Inc. (NASDAQ:WFII), a global leader in telecommunications outsourcing. In 2000, Dr. Massih Tayebi, along with his brother Dr. Masood Tayebi, was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in San Diego.
Today, Dr. Massih Tayebi is the co-founder, Chairman and CEO of BridgeWest, LLC, an investment firm specializing in the development of emerging technology companies, primarily in the telecommunications industry in North America. He is also the co-founder and former Chairman of several businesses, including Business Corporation International (BCI), Qthink, MIR3 and Wireless Facilities Inc. (WFI).
He earned his M.S. in Computer Integrated Manufacturing and his Ph.D. in the Integration of Design and Process Planning at the University of Strathclyde.
